Terms of Selection & Participation

1. Membership Acceptance

Systema Kinesis is a private training collective. Application for membership does not guarantee acceptance. The Lead Instructor reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at any time to preserve the safety and culture of the Vanguard collective.

2. Physical Risk & Liability

Training involves physical contact, high-stress simulations, and exposure to environmental elements (rain, cold, heat). By enrolling, you acknowledge the inherent risks of martial arts training and waive Systema Kinesis and its instructors of any liability for injury or property damage incurred during training sessions.

3. Payment Terms & Commitments

Vanguard Annual: This is a 12-month financial commitment. Early termination is not permitted as spots are limited and reserved specifically for you.

Refunds: Our "Composure Guarantee" applies: If after 3 sessions you do not feel a noticeable shift in resilience, a full refund is available. Outside of this specific guarantee, all sales are final.

4. Code of Conduct

Humility and the "Empty Cup" philosophy are mandatory. Harassment, excessive aggression, or recording training sessions without express permission will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
