• Vetting and internal review by the lead instructor.
• Contacting you regarding your application status via email or SMS.
• Onboarding logistics and secure payment links for successful applicants.

3. Security & Third-Parties

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to outside parties. Your information is stored on secure servers. Financial transactions (membership dues) are processed via encrypted third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal; Systema Kinesis does not store your credit card information.
